Whether a corporate, private or educational affiliated organization, we provide you with the most cost effective transportation service for your outing.

Choose from 4, 6, 8 hours and our daily rate up to 12 hours. Our vehicles range in size from 14 to 32 passengers.

Private car and shuttle bus service in and around the Louisville, KY regional area

This option is for outings with intermittent stops or stop between pickup and return. Example: hotel to lunch to hotel

Any cancellation that is made within 48 hours before the service date is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and is at the discretion of management. The exception to this policy will be cases where a customer has requested a vehicle outside of our fleet and that vehicle has been prepaid for and is not subject to a full refund. Bookings for the Kentucky Derby Festival period and any Special Events booking are also exemp form the above policy. These events have a 100% cancellation fee. Natural events are always excmpt and maybe rescheduled.

The rates below are considered point to point round-trip flat rates within a 75 mile radius of the metro Louisville city center.

Any additional service mileage over 75 miiles will be calculated at a rate of $3.25 per mile.

THESE RATES NOR SERVICE AVAILABILITY WILL APPLY DURING THE KENTUCKY DERBY FESTIVAL PERIOD EACH YEAR. PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT FOR THOSE EFFECTIVE DATES.

A credit card authorization maybe required at the time of purchase, before the date of service, or on the date of service. This policy will apply to all reservatations that do not have enough hours purchased to cover the transportation for the itinerary. The additional hour(s) will be charged at the conclusion of the reservation. The cost will be the hourly rate for the vehicle. A credit card receipt will be sent automatically to the email on the reservation at the time of the transaction.
