*TRAVEL STIPULATIONS - ADVANCED RESERVATIONS REQUIRED 1. All reservations are at discounted rates and must be secured by credit card at least 7 days prior to departure date and time. No Exceptions. 2. All reservations must be made in advance and online. 3. 100% cancellation fee applies to all reservations once a credit card has been provided to book the fare. A company representative will contact you by phone to get the credit card information. 5.. 100% cancellation fee will be imposed if passengers have not boarded vehicle within 10 minutes after to scheduled departure time. Luggage is limited to 2 regular size bags and (1) small personal bag or carry-on. $2.00 per bag will be assessed for excess luggage and $5 for oversize items. (see #5). 6. Rates are subject to change due to market conditions; ie fuel cost, inclement weather, etc. These rates will not apply during special event periods throughout the system, such as the Kentucky Derby or major sports events. 7.
