Terms and Conditions

This reservation form is for tri-city, pre-arranged shuttle, private car or charter transfers only. Prices for these services may not be published.

  • Reservations for airport pickups will be held only for 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Our 100% cancellation fee will apply to all reserved services if the passenger is a no show and/or the vehicle has been dispatched or is waiting on site and if the reservation has been cancelled after the credit card number and name have been provided. Management reserves the right to apply the 100% cancellation policy to unsecured reservations if warranted.

  • Credit card information to confirm services will be requested by management at least 24 hours in advance to secure reservations if the cumulative fare (all charges included) is $25.00 or more and the service is before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM EST.

  • If the reserving party is not able to provide a written signature for the reservation to be confirmed, we have permission to get the appropriate credit card information by e-mail, fax, or phone until a written signature can be provided. At the time of the request the requesting party will provide the credit card name as it appears on the card, card number and expiration date, and the card billing address. The requesting party agrees to provide a written signature as soon as possible. 24 hours will be customary from the date of the request or the time of service (whichever comes first). Our 100% cancellation fee stipulations shown above will also apply if these reservations are for special events such as the Kentucky Derby.
